Venkat Vallabhaneni (Managing partner – Inflexor Ventures<\/b>)<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

Venkat is currently a Managing Partner in Inflexor Technology Fund and IDFC Parampara Early Stage Opportunities Fund. A Serial Entrepreneur and technology evangelist with 25+ years of experience in technology and management, close to two decades of experience in the USA and 7+years in India. Venkat is an investor\/ entrepreneur focused on incubating technology and engineering companies by providing the required capital and expertise. He specialises in investing with deep technology, IP driven companies. His previous investments prior to the funds include eVaidya.com acquired by Singapore\/US based healthcare entity, Energy leader(Industrial Batteries Manufacturer) acquired by Enersys (ENS: NYSE) and Accurum, Inc. that was acquired by Kanbay.
\nPrior to this, Venkat was part of the senior management for Bank of America\u2019s Global Delivery Centres. Prior to joining Bank Of America, Venkat was the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Accurum Inc. He was responsible for coordinating the company\u2019s vision, executing the company\u2019s strategy and growth through innovative solutions and client relations. He was instrumental in transforming the company to be a focused solutions provider in the CapitalMarkets segment. Accurum, Inc was acquired by Kanbay, Inc in March 2005.
\nHe has worked with many start-up companies, where he gained significant knowledge of the intricacies of growing the technology business in the financial industry. Venkat holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and Bachelors Degree from Manipal Institute of Technology.<\/span><\/div>\n

Harsha Mundhada (Principal – Inflexor Ventures)<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

Harsha has been with the fund since its inception. As principal of the fund, Harsha is charged with a plethora of duties ranging from managing deal execution to portfolio management. Legally inclined, Harsha immerses herself into the nitty-gritty of the legal aspects of the fund and validates potential deals for the organisation.
\nBefore joining Parampara, Harsha worked with the Big 4 companies in their Transaction and Advisory Departments, in various senior leadership roles. She was involved in executing financial due diligence and providing strategic advice.
\nHarsha is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.<\/span><\/div>\n
 
\nParmi Doshi (Senior Associate – Inflexor Ventures)<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
Parmi joined Inflexor in 2019. As an associate, Parmi plays a fundamental role in all the aspects of the fund. Right from sourcing deals to diligence to providing post-investment support to our portfolio companies. She enjoys working with numbers, leveraging her skills in finance and has a keen eye to detail. She also plays a critical role in managing Limited Partner relations and day-to-day functioning of the Fund. Before joining Inflexor, Parmi worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers providing transaction advisory and compliance services to investment funds, including due diligence support and structuring investments. 
\nParmi is a Chartered Accountant and is a CFA level 3 candidate.<\/p>\n
