Greetings from Maharashtra State Innovation Society!<\/strong><\/p>\n

 After 4 successful editions, Maharashtra State Innovation Society<\/strong>, <\/strong>is back with <\/strong>the 5th edition<\/strong> of Maharashtra Startup Week<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What is Maharashtra Startup Week?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Maharashtra Startup Week <\/strong>is the annual flagship initiative aimed at procuring and deploying innovative solutions developed by startups on a pilot basis. Startups across<\/strong> <\/strong>India<\/strong> from sectors such as H<\/strong>ealthcare, <\/strong>A<\/strong>griculture, <\/strong>E<\/strong>ducation<\/strong> & S<\/strong>killing, <\/strong>S<\/strong>ustainability <\/strong>(clean energy, water, waste management, etc.), <\/strong>S<\/strong>mart infrastructure <\/strong>&<\/strong> <\/strong>M<\/strong>obility, <\/strong>G<\/strong>overnance and <\/strong>M<\/strong>iscellaneous<\/strong> are invited to submit their applications.<\/p>\n

Top 100 startups<\/strong> will have the opportunity to showcase their products\/services to an esteemed panel of Government officials, investors, incubators, and experts from industry and academia.<\/p>\n

The winning 24 startups <\/strong>shall receive Government work orders of up to Rs.15 lakhs <\/strong>each to pilot their solution with respective government departments \/ agencies.<\/p>\n

Winners of the first four editions of Maharashtra Startup Week are now working closely with government agencies like National Health Mission, Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Development, MSEDCL, Rural Development Department, various District Administrations, Municipal Corporations etc.<\/p>\n

Why should you participate?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Maharashtra Startup Week is a one-of-its-kind platform to engage bilaterally with Government, thus opening the B2G market for startups and innovators. For up to 12 months<\/strong>, the Maharashtra State Innovation Society shall extend its support to the 24 winning startups<\/strong> by way of access to personnel, data, mentors, and any other means necessary to implement the pilot project.<\/p>\n
