SEPs (Standard Essential Patents) and  FRAND (fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory) agreements

About the workshop: The mini-workshop highlights SEPs and its essentials taking into consideration a global overview. The workshop will also discuss licensing of patents which are “essential” for using a SEP on Fair, Reasonable, and Non-Discriminatory (FRAND) terms. Imminent professionals will share their thoughts on current issues in SEP and FRAND in a panel discussion which will help the audience understand different aspects and views related to the topic. The mini workshop will highlight:
